Decorating for St. Patty's Day with Cstudio Home!
While thinking about St. Patty's day and all the traditions that usually come along with it, I couldn't help but to think about how to spice up my room without making it appear too green and... shamrock-y. Lol! Out of all the St. Patrick's Day symbols available, I liked the rainbow most. It signifies hope and the sense of "calm after the storm." Biblically, the rainbow symbolized God's promises to us and the rest of creation. In Genesis 9:13, He said, "I have placed my rainbow in the clouds. It is the sign of my covenant with you and with all the earth." That was it for me. Rainbow it is!
I created this rainbow out of construction paper and balloons. The brief DIY of it can be found in my vlog (click here to watch). I didn't make a sun, but I did buy sunflowers! ^_^ As for the bedding, I decided to create an ombre pattern with the Cstudio Home sheets that I already had. Is ombre bedding a thing? If not, can we make it one?!
How adorable is the little leprechaun hat on Ollie?!!
I kind of like how moody it looks here because we've just had rain in LA. At least we have our own indoor rainbow! ;)
He's such a funny kiddo! Hates balloons to bits. Take a look below (LOL):

I created the ombre layers using the Distressed Cotton Blanket in Mushroom, the Avenue Duvet Cover in Blush, and the Weekender Duvet in Quartz. I've styled these sheets before in a room transformation post, which you can find here.
The different textures and pink hues make this sheet combo nothing short of mesmerizing. It was like staring at an artwork! I love their unique bedding variety! *__*
I suppose we'll end this post with Ollie being his sweet 'ol self ^_^. Thanks for browsing and I hope you enjoyed the photos! Big thanks to Cstudio for providing such awesome bedding products for us all. I'll always be their #1 fan! Here are the bedding products featured in this post:
Enjoy the weekend! <3
